I have always dreamed of a job that allows me to convey a message. I have always been a fan of interacting with people, and my favorite reason is the spread of ideas. I have always been a fan of individuals telling their personal stories and expressing their own interests and having the opportunity to talk about what makes someone truly unique. While I may not always want to be in front of a camera (as depicted on the left), I have my sights set on a future that allows me to interact with new people every day, and help people to express their own message.
Rugby, snowboarding, and the great outdoors are reasons I ended up moving to Colorado and are some of the biggest parts of my life. I am a firm believer in the saying "love what you do, and you will never work a day in your life". While I may have dreams of being a rugby commentator, covering snowboarding events, or hiking documentaries, I will make sure that whatever I do in life allows me to keep up with my passions. I am still hopeful in looking for a career where I can do what I love for work, as I believe everyone should.
I credit a lot of who I am to my travels and experiences. From backpacking to rugby tours, to living overseas, travel has helped me grow immensely. Through travel, you not only learn about different cultures but also yourself. Learning about other cultures and ways of life has changed my view on many subjects as well as given me the ability to relate to others. As I look to the future I plan to explore more, and if possible, travel for work. I know a lot of people talk about the problems with traveling for work, but when better to do it than when you are young and able to learn the most.
